We’re a small, family-run grow supply shop in Haileybury, Ontario created to make growing simpler, more accessible, and way more enjoyable for people in Temiskaming Shores and across Canada.

Up here in the North, our growing season is short and the weather doesn’t always cooperate. For years, we found ourselves driving long distances or shopping online just to get the basics. Eventually, we realized something: our community deserved a place that actually understood what it takes to grow here — a place where you can get quality supplies and real support. That’s how Buds and Blossoms bloomed.

Who We Are

We’re Carla & Mikey, partners in life, in business, and in all things plants.

Mikey is the grower in the family. He’s spent years working with indoor and outdoor setups, and he’s especially experienced with plants that need a little extra attention, precision, and care. If you’ve ever wondered why your leaves are curling, how to dial in your lighting, or what nutrients your plants actually need — Mikey is the friendly face who loves helping you figure it out. He’s hands-on, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to chat with anyone who loves growing.

Carla handles the behind-the-scenes magic, the business operations, customer care, admin, inventory, and all things organization. With years of experience in business and executive administration, she makes sure the shop runs smoothly both in-store and online. She keeps things grounded, efficient, and welcoming so customers always feel supported.

Together, we make Buds and Blossoms what it is: a place built from passion, community, and a genuine love for helping people grow.
