Shipping Information
Buds and Blossoms ships across Canada from Haileybury, Ontario. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping details and tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see this email.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Canpar. For standard shipping, we select the carrier that provides the best combination of speed and cost. If you prefer a specific carrier, you may select a paid shipping option at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery location. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $125 (before tax).
Orders under $125 will have shipping calculated at checkout. Any applicable taxes and surcharges will also be applied at checkout.
Handling Time
Our shipping team operates Monday to Friday, and orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Note: During major promotions or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), handling may take 3-5 business days.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Local Northern Ontario: 2-4 business days
- Southern Ontario / Quebec: 3-6 business days
- Western Canada / Maritime Provinces: 5-10 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.
Oversized or Heavy Items
Some products may be considered oversized or heavy and may incur additional shipping costs. If your order contains such items, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Oversized items may also ship separately from other products in your order. Please note: Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Certain products, such as soils, fertilizers, or plant-related liquids, may require special handling during extreme temperatures. We may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your items arrive safely.
Rural Areas & PO Boxes
Shipping is available to most areas of Canada. Some remote or rural locations may be limited by carrier coverage. Most carriers do not deliver oversized items to PO boxes. If a PO box is entered for delivery and shipping is not available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
Shipping Issues
