We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within standard business hours. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier, or at the time of local pickup or delivery hand-off.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.
SECTION 5 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right where possible.
SECTION 6 - EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom products, personal care goods, or hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
