Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

  • Opened bags of soil, grow media, or amendments
  • Liquid nutrients, additives, or consumable products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments. Buds and Blossoms is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

If your return is approved due to a product defect or shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or refund the shipping cost once the item is received.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once accepted), and then make a new purchase for the replacement item.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
