Cooked flesh can be separated into spaghetti-like strands and used as a healthy alternative to pasta. Vigorous vines produce numerous fruit that are excellent for winter storage.

Growing Instructions:
Germinates best between 29-35°C in moist soil.
Plant Spacing : 12-18" apart. Row Spacing: 48-72" apart.
Benefits from loose, well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter and nitrogen. From Transplant: Sow seed ½ inch deep indoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. Harden off plants by reducing temperatures and water. Plant outdoors when danger of frost has passed. Direct Seed: one week after risk of frost has passed.
