This is a modern landrace variety of tomatillos bred to store well and be adaptable, and plants will include some genetic variation. Tomatillos are similar in taste and culinary uses as tomatoes. Enjoy them fresh, cooked, or in a salsa to accentuate their citrus tones. Plants have a trailing habit and should be planted in pairs to ensure pollination.

Growing Instructions:

Germinates best between 21-24°C in moist soil.

Plant Spacing : 18-24" apart. Row Spacing: 36-48" apart.

Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Sow ¼ inch deep. At first true leaf, pot-up to 4 inch pots. Grow at a constant 16–21°C. Harden off before transplanting. Water seedlings with a high-phosphate solution at planting to boost early yields. Prune and trellis for ideal plant health and maximum production.
